Humbrews Next Door Banquet Room is located adjacent to Humboldt Brews Restaurant in Downtown Arcata. The room can accommodate up to 150 seated guests or 350 guests standing. The carpeted stage area is 12’ x 22’. We have state of the art sound system, lighting, projector, and screen. We have a mini bar that can be staffed and used for your event. There are separate Men and Women bathrooms located in the room. The room is handicap accessible.
The room may be rented on an hourly, half day or daily basis.

*Fees include setup and cleanup of room.
*Usage of sound system will be charged extra fee.
Kitchen / Catering:
We can serve directly off the menu or cater to your specific event.
Our catering manager is available to plan a catered event for your specific needs.
We can accommodate live entertainment including bands, DJ’s, movie presentations, & dance performance. If you are interested our booking manager can help you find a local entertainment act for your desired event.
Fees include sound system, sound tech, lighting, and security staff.
Half of the room rental fee is due 30 days prior to event. Deposit will not be refunded for events canceled within 2 weeks of event.
Booking Your Band :
We book bands that can draw a minimum of 100 people, capacity is 375.

Arcata, Calif. February 11, 2010 — After a year of hard work, Humbrews is excited to announce the opening of their new 3,000 square foot entertainment room! The new facility offers new lighting and sound system equipment by Meyer and Gamble, as well as an acoustic ceiling for maximum sound quality. The party room, which once housed the Humboldt Brewing Company’s brew vats, has a capacity of 375 people for music events.
The owners of Humbrews enjoy hosting local events, such as concerts and private parties, so their interest in the unused space adjacent to their facility grew immediately after their grand reopening in 2007. The space was leased to Humbrews in early 2009 and so began the extensive remodeling.
Humbrews also wishes to inform the community that the party room is available to rent for your next event or party. We offer a full kitchen, a detailed menu and a lively staff so there’s no need to hire catering. Our new in-house sound system will work wonders for your guest speaker, musical talent, or ambient background music. Various packages are available and prices are negotiable according to the event organizers needs.
Being separate from the pub itself, the party room setting proves to be both private and intimate. Be it a celebration of a team victory, an awards ceremony, club meeting, employee/company party, or a performance, Humbrews is happy to open its doors to provide for the community that has helped in creating the room itself and thus, the business’s success over its long history.
